October 2nd
7:45 to 8:15 30 minutes of sun salutations (optional warm-up to 8:15 class) note - loud music by Sun Ra!
8:15 to 10:00 Ed teaches a set for shoulder and neck relaxation and Kundalini kriyas and meditation for the 4th and 5th chakras.
10:30 to 12:00 Ed offers a chakra-based meditation practice with floor asanas. This is a low-impact and inner-directed set.
October 9th
8:15 to 10:00 Christina teaches a set Experience your own Strength with Meditation for Self-Love.
10:30 to 12:00 Ed teaches a set for the lower triangle and kundlini meditations for yogic sleep.
October 16th
8:15 to 10:00 Christina teaches Opportunity & Green Energy Set with Heart Shield Meditation.
10:30 to 12:00 Ed will offer a Kundalini set from the Morning Sadhana Guidelines and meditation from The Mind by Bhajan and Singh Khalsa.
October 23rd
7:45 to 8:15 30 minutes of sun salutations
8:15 to 10:00 Ed teaches a morning sadhana set and extended Ong Namo mantra. Kriya for mental clarity.
10:30 to 12:00 Ed teaches a partner-oriented Devi Hatha Yoga set extended static poses and classical Devi meditations.
October 30th
8:15 to 10:00 Christina teaches Eliminating Tension & Pain with Breath Purification & Navel Energy Meditation.
10:30 to 12:00 Ed teaches a flow-oriented standing set nd Sat Kriya floor set. This is a high-energy set limited to three people.
Keep in Mind: We lock the doors by 8:15 for the first class. RSVP ahead to hold a mat! Same day drop-ins are only possible with space and teacher approval. Class is limited to six participants unless otherwise noted. Price is $15 per class.
